my daughter finishes college this June and I was wondering when I notify child benefit or if it naturally stops ?

It should naturally stop on August 31st (end of academic year) if they are not continuing in approved education after 16.
If they are above 16 and have continued in education then you should notify HMRC using the form on this webpage.

I'll notify UC on the last day of college which I guess is the last exam day rather than results day I assume ?

For UC, you should use the end date of the course. That might not be an exam day.
Your daughter should be able to find this information either on a letter from the start of the course, or possibly on an online portal, for example.
