I wonder if you could advise me?!
My daughter receives HRC and HRM from PIP, UC and limited capability for work component. I work full time but have an on going back injury, 4 bulging discs that I received injections for in 2021. I currently have a flare up of my back and can’t walk, sit or lay without discomfort. (I had a biking accident during lockdown). My question is can I claim PIP in my own right?
Please advise me as I am totally confused with this.
Thanks Leonie

Hi welcome to the community unfortunately I can't give you advice about PIP but I can recommend that you have look around the benefits section and the coffee lounge section of the forum.0
