You need to tell them how you are feeling or you will go home feeling the same and end up needing to call ambulance again
At least you are in the system now and that's why you called yesterday so you need to be honest with them and yourself1 -
I’ve been through all this myself a few times @Shaunie, be honest with them and they’ll be able to help you. Give yourself time to heal from this, you’d be surprised how in time things change and you’ll feel better. Good luck and remember that the past is gone and can’t hurt us anymore unless we let it.1
