Why do I think suicide is an option. I’m 25 and I have a 5 year old daughter, I’m going through a court case at the moment from when I was assaulted sexually which is really making me anxious.

Hi @shaunie sorry you feel that way have you spoken to a Dr about how you are feeling. It does seem you have alot going on and the court case fetching everything back up too

Oh good hopefully you won't wait too long, good that you reached out to your gp. Everyone on here are a good support too, no one judges here and there's always someone to talk to.
With your court case have you got support with that going on, from the system or freinds and family -

You may be at rock bottom right now but with support you can get through it.

That's good you have support, I'm sorry you have to go through this and I hope you get the best out come from court. You can join in with other conversations and the games to take your mind off a little.
