I’m 68 and have regular firm nocturnal erections which last for a long time or until I ejaculate . I am easily aroused when I first wake and this is the only time that my wife and I ever have sexual intercourse which isn’t very often.
During the day I am unable to maintain an erection of any quality and I’m finding it quite depressing.
My doctor tells me it’s my age and because I get good nocturnal and morning erections I don’t need any medication.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
