    There are no chats as such on the forums. You can join in with any of the discussions and there's also some games in the lounge you can join in with.

    If it helps at all @smokey18, I navigate the categories from Scope's online community homepage. I recognise that different things work best for different people though.

    Hi @smokey18 posting on a thread like you have above it is visible to all members 

    You can private message people once you have earned 25 points you do this from your profile page by clucking on the envelope which is your personal inbox 

    Put persons username in field without the @ before the username
