    I’m not bad. Having a relapse with my functional neurological disorder but using my wellbeing coping mechanisms to help. Currently sitting in Costa coffee and knitting

    toys, jumpers and cardigans. But tonight rushing for the train lost my dad card at train information kiosk. Cancelled and new card coming but hubby will be cross. So annoying with myself. Have a good relationship with my gp
