I have just joined to try and find out what can be done about numerous inaccuracies and downright untrue statements in my PIP report.

Put a complaint in with the health assessment providers. Details how to do that will be on their website.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hello @ckonetwo and thanks for reaching out, I'm sorry to hear that your PIP report isn't accurate. I hope Poppy's reply above has been helpful.

If you still need to ask about anything PIP related, you're welcome to head over to the PIP category, and if you'd rather spend time taking your mind off things, or getting to know other members, the coffee lounge is the place to go :)
