Fragile X Syndrome

Hi everyone, my name is Ali. I am 42 and the mother of 4 boys, 15, 17, 19, & 20. My two younger boys have Fragile X Syndrome. My 15 yr old is mentally about 10, but my 17 yr old is mentally 3 & always will be. Is there anyone else with a child like my 17yr old? I feel very alone and stressed out most of the time. I would just like to talk to someone who understands. Thank you!

    I haven't got personal experience with this @alijacob26 . However, I do have a friend who has a relative with a similar condition.

    I know you aren't alone! Certainly not as alone as you probably feel. Hopefully, our wonderful community with personal experience will be able to respond to you soon.

    In the meantime, I can hear you are feeling stressed. Would anything, in particular, help to reduce your stress at the moment?  :)
