I was going to be fit and healthy into my 90s; what went wrong? I'll tell you: I had an ankle fusion which was bodged, and 20 months later I still cannot walk properly. I have a large nobility scooter (cuz I iz royalty) and gad about all over the place including Hampstead Heath, but there's no substitute for walking. I would love to meet people for a drink, but I can't do steps and most pubs have steps. I am a remainer and bit of a leftie and I think tattoos are the devil's work.

Hi welcome to the community I'm so sorry that nobody has answered this thread. We aren't ignoring you. I'm sorry everything went wrong in the 90s however you can put this right with lots of physo and I'm sure you will be able to walk again. I'm not saying it will be easy and you will probably be in pain but it's well worth the effort on not just you but on everyone around you. Please don't take offence to this I'm trying to inspire you.0

As a wheelchair user myself I'm often frustrated by a lack of accessibility in places like pubs and clubs, as this can be quite isolating socially.
Let us know if you need a hand with anything, and enjoy your evening.0
