LCWRA doesn't end because there's no end date. It's an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise and your payments just continue. Those decision letters have no end dates. They will tell you when your referral date is but it's only a guide.Reviews for the work capability assessment are suspended. The only assessments that are taking place are new claims and change of circumstances. When they do start back up there will be long delays so it's very unlikely you will be reviewed anytime soon.1

So why have I been told it runs out on the 7th of April?1

Hello @Mellors
If you've been told an end date by someone at the DWP, I think it would be best to give them a call and double check that.0 -
So what does this mean ?

Hello @Mellors
Sorry I had to remove the image as it had full names and the office they worked for. If you can cover them, you are more than welcome to repost0 -

The message you received on 13th Feb tells you exactly what i advised. There's no end date to LCWRA and it will continue for as long as you remain entitled to it. It doesn't just end on 7th April.

You've been given a referral date for another work capability assessment, it's not an end date. As i advised, all reviews are suspended so you won't be having a review anytime soon. The message you received on 13th Feb is correct, it doesn't end.0

LCWRA will continue until you have a reassessment, like poppy has stated multiple times, it will not just end. Since reviews are currently suspended due to COVID backlogs then you will continue to be paid until you eventually get notified on your Journal about a new review/assessment. Your payments will not just stop.0
