Well it said I should say hello so here we go, Hello.....Chris here disabled with pain from a spinal cord injury in 2001 but other than that pretty normal, quite good at finding things out so willing to help if you need help with the minefield of benefits and dealing with the SS (I call them that for a good reason)
I came on to try and find a way to get a benefit award letter for my PIP as the one I have is out of date, I warn you to go into a silent room when talking to the helpline as it uses voice recognition so any background noise can give strange answers!
