     Hi, everibody, please could you help me with an advice .I don't know if I will have to send a sick note again to manager,if previeux  sick note  expires on May 1st, if my application ill health  retirement benefit was acceptet? 

    Can  I applicate  for LCRW if I recive a little benefit Universal credit?

    For the fit note for your employer you will need to speak to them. 

    For LCWRA for UC then you will need to report your health condition, supported by a fit note within 7 days of that. You will then be referred for a work capability assessment. 
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.

    If you are still employed you will need to provide a fit note to your employer you can only stop once your employment has been terminated
