Hi guys. How are you? 
Aside from chatting on here do you know of a site or forum that is free and no download, so not an app, that one can use fast to voice chat with people? And not like Omegle or Russian Roulette. Any recommendations would be great. Thanks.

    Hi @Almostblind welcome, I don't know off hand of any, I know there are some where people video call etc. But I don't think that's what your after.

    Have you tried Discord? While it's primarily used by gamers, you can search Discord servers that relate to your interests, such as music, art and literature, for example. You can join them and then participate in voice chats with other users.

    Many Reddit subreddits also have their own Discord servers or voice chat options.
