I'm sorry to hear that nighty has left.
@Strawberry1 I'm glad you are ok I had an anxious moment at lunchtime because someone put the £2 towards my lunch today at Costas but I had the money I just didn't want to use any notes or £2 coin because I thought I had another £1 but I didn't I had 2 £2 and the barista who took payment it was her first shift and I was just expecting her to help me count my change but she just stood there.

Hi
i thank everyone from the bottom of my heart who wrote to me , if i can be honest regarding my mental health i don’t see any difference in my health and well being when im taking antidepressants and when i wasn’t taking them, my mood doesn’t improve when i take them, i think im a difficult case in this respect, i hate sertraline ,im not going to take this drug because made me feel incredibly tired and i didn’t have the strength to get up and to go to the bathroom even at a relatively small dose , i would like to point out here that these are my feelings and it is not my goal or intention to discourage anyone from taking medication , i did read that professor Joanna Moncrieff has spent a long time questioning drugs belonging to ssri group , i also read the statements of other informed doctors and people who have been taking them for a long time , i remember and what is very sad for me and still fills me with horror when i think about it when one of my family members was taking to me drugs you have to take a lot of drugs , i showed him the reviews about the psychiatric hospital being completely terrified , this is a serious topic
Kind regards

my clinical depression responds to absolutely nothing also, I've just about had them all, except excessive tiredness and in two cases not even knowing what day it is they've done nothing.
I'm one of those rare cases where I basically have to take my chances on being able to keep myself from crossing lines using nothing but pure luck and will power.

Hi @Agnia I sorry you do not think the medication is helping you. You must do what is best for you. Please take care of yourself,
