Thank you for you post @eeL . I can resonate with some of the stuff you have posted . Me too I like the thought of the baby born and the nice lights. It is way too commercialised these days it's horrendous. Your not miserable at all . I don't like this time of year I prefer spring . Christmas is too much hassle/ stress. My heart goes out to you now and always ❤️. Thank you for being here I feel less silly because I struggle alot . Your a real gem 💎. Thank you

My heart heart goes out to you @Nightcity. I empathise with you now and always. We need to keep chatting with one another I think 🤔. Dealing with mental health is really difficult. It is really hard to deal with . My grandma used to say it won't always be dark at six . At first I didn't understand but I do now . Obvious it means the dark days will pass . Sending a gentle hug your way . Strength in numbers hopefully 🙏. Be gentle with yourself @Nightcity. Your doing the best you can and that's all that matters.

I know this sounds silly but one of my favourite things is snuggling in bed watching something like Midsomer Murders. It's cheesy I know. It's not even a cure but it's my own little space just for me . It's a special thing for me .

I agree you are the most amazing person supported so many of us ❤️ we are all behind you we are all beside you holding your hand horrible to think your suffering as your so selfless take time be easy on yourself we all adore and respect you so much always here for you xx
