I am going to make the effort to go out for a stroll today.
Its cold but dry here.
I feel quite physically and mentally drained over these proposed benefit reforms.

Nope your going to be ok charities are already fighting them your a wonderful person we are all scared and extremely overwhelmed don't drink thier vile poison pls they cannot discrimination like this they are basically targeting one set of people and not the other no way get away with that it's discrimination at it's finest pls try not to worry when you have energy fill out consultation I'm sending love for two days I cried non stop they won't get another tear we been ignored for months articles put out to divide us and know they put this on the table no it will be rejected big hugs ❤️

Don't worry I'm raging today fill the consultation in be as harsh honest as you want email your mp if labour tell them how appalled you are loads of charities not happy and unions they got a fight on thier hands

II'm going to email mine weekly I'm going to fill consultation weekly they ask what can we do to engage more with people I wrote leave them alone I said obvs coost cutting exercise be strong bold they are sitting thinking we won't fight well it's a war we have no choice rise up consultation keep on at mps weekly DO IT. How dare they think they can deny us no way

Good morning, just reading through some of your comments makes me so sad, sad that the mental health service is like a merry go around of waiting and waiting then get so many allocated sessions of whatever treatment to be stopped when allocation is up then back to being referred and waiting all over again. I'm tired, weary and the past few weeks have made so many feel hopeless too. It's cruel how they've dealt with mental health and the comments trivialising people with mental illness. I hope you can all manage to get some rest x
