Hi @Agnia You are not a burden. Would you consider talking to The Samaritans you can call them anytime day or night.
Was your doctor able to help you?
Sending hugs. Please take care of yourself.

my years of work in UK in terms of stress and efficiency of my work can be multiplied by 3, my first conversation with coach work during my first visit to the job center consisted of her asking me about my job and her opinion was that i was doing my job very well and i did very well, im really really tired , its good that i had money because i would have ended up on the street really and without support from my family when i got sick , i was also happy here in life and i was happy working here in UK with a goal but overall in Poland my father would not have left me, im really tired of being a burden and being constantly referred me to the doctor and before by my family , i was talking to the doctor, what should i do ? Should i increase the dose of the drug again when i need support im really tired of my situation if it weren’t of my saving i could have actually been on the streets earlier i had such an overloaded brain with work nervous breakdown and needed not to be alone and relax and to feel the closeness of family and warmth and i was in hell

Hi @Agnia I am so very sorry this is so very difficult for you. We will help you as much as we can. Nobody here thinks of you as a burden.
Have you thought about trying the therapy again? It might help this time.
Christmas can be a difficult time for lots of people. Will you be able to go to church or watch Christmas day service on the tv?
Please take care of yourself and know we are here for you.

I'm rather concerned about you, this is a rather unusual downbeat and worrying post from you, we care about you very much and I ask you to please contact the number Bluebell gave or call 111 and speak to another GP.
I have a history of being where you are and even via written word I can see the red flags, I'm sending huge hugs and requested the scope team gives you some support 💛
