    Not well at the moment with all this benefit reform nonsense and issues in my private life.

    I am trying too hard to please people but all I seem to be getting is nastiness, bullying and endless criticism.

    People only see things from thier own perspective and it's hard when youf struggling and reaching out and pushing yourself extra hard to please people and getting hostility and being gaslighted awful I find I go into myself I'm the one always on the end of the phone always helping but I have stopped responding to calls explaining I'm not in a good place will catch up at some point because the person calling is only intreasted in talking about themselves and my mental health needs protecting at all times giving people explanations all the time is tiring as they say you can't please all the people all of the time we are going through so much stress uncertainty don't need people to bring you down but to lift you up stop step back breathe and think of yourself your running on empty something has to give don't let it be you big hugs

    Unfortunately I've ended up in hospital

    I could be in a little while

    I'm being looked after really well

    I have a little bit of an issue with my heart

    But as I say I'm being looked after really well
