I'm really sorry to hear that @Strawberry1, that must have been really horrible for you. It's so hard to cope with a betrayal from a friend. As Jane315STARX said so well above, please remember you're still important and valued even if this person wasn't nice to you.

I think you should definitely stay in here.Obviously only you know the situation and can make your own decisions about that relationship going forward. But in the meantime just look after yourself and appreciate that EVERYONE on hear is very happy to have you here.

Time for you to rediscover your confidence I think. You are obviously kind because you are thinking of how you could affect others. So you show that you are compassionate.Im sure you have lots more lovely qualities

hello everyone. It seems to me that people don’t seem to understand living with a mobility issue.

@Catherine21 I'm sorry you're feeling so low today. The haircut might make you feel better. I know I always feel anxious about the hairdresser but I feel great afterwards. I'm due another visit actually, my split ends are so bad!
@Strawberry1 it's so nice to see you back. You're not a burden and you are a nice person. You can share your feelings here with us if you feel comfortable to.

@Catherine 21 So sorry you are feeling so low.Iosing a dog in my personal opinion is worse than losing a human relation ( I know some are going to be utterly shocked by my statement.
