    Good morning @Grumpy1314 I am sorry you are having so many challenges and hope it helps a little bit that you are able to discuss with us on the forum what you are going through.

    I think binge eating is all part of looking for some kind of comfort.

    Perhaps try and do one thing a day and when you have achieved that it is a plus.

    Is there any way you could have a pet where you are now living?

    I didn't go out because its rained all day.

    Good morning everyone. Hope you are all reasonably alright today. I hope you all have a reasonable day. The routine here has changed slightly and it has thrown me off balance . Had a absolutely rubbish day yesterday. Think I need some fresh air .

    I am not too bad thanks @Catherine21 I was devasted when my little dog Toby died, and still am. Although my husband brought this little bundle of fur home on Sunday afternoon. He is 8 weeks old and called Sam. The blanket was for him to sit on he had other ideas.
