I feel I need to apologise once again. I know I can be a thorn in the side unfortunately my mental health doesn't help things . I'm a worrier and I panic and I stress over lots of things. I don't mean to be a thorn in the side I Really don't. I am so very very sorry.

I am always grateful for everyone's support I truly am . Being as I am is something I'm not proud of . I know lots of times in past situations I've been frowned upon so I do understand if that me being around on the forum is a thorn in people's side .

I've spoken with the Mental health worker at my surgery and she has put my mind at ease .

No problem @Strawberry1, take care of yourself too. It's not nice to feel out of sorts, I hope you're able to relax for some of today and maybe tomorrow might feel a little easier. You don't have to share if you don't want to, but is there anything in particular that's making you feel rubbish today?

@Rosie_Scope , my sincere apologies for my late response. I've been busy with dinner. There are a few things but it's OK . Thank you so much . I will be forever grateful for your kindness and support and time. Your a very special person don't ever forget that. Thank you doesn't always seem enough. I'm just pottering about today. Looking forward to BGT tonight though. Your a star 🌟. Once again I can't thank you enough.

Sorry to hear how things are for you @SunflowerValley . I feel very similar to you . It Really is very difficult. I'm gonna go to try and sleep now. I send gentle hugs . My sincere apologies for only just getting back to @Lou67 , @Albus_Scope and @Ada . Ive had a busy day trying my best to sort out my pip review form and I've had emails from Psychiatry UK to sort out too so it's been a bit busy . Thanks again for your time and support and kindness ❤️. All support is appreciated more than you will ever know . ❤️. I hope to chat again soon .

@SunflowerValley , I'm so sorry I have only just posted back I had to sort out a form and then I had emails from where I'm having my autism and adhd assessments so it's been a busy day .
