You've got this @Strawberry1. It's going to take some time, it's a journey. ADHD UK have some remote drop in sessions and groups you can join if you wanted to, and when you're ready that might help answer any questions and offer some support and understanding too.

Im not sure what Im classed as because i have both Autism and Adhd

Sorry @Strawberry1, I read your message but then reviewed another post about ADHD and got it stuck in my head for some reason! I was a little sleepy this morning. There's some great online support for Autism too and I'm sure some local groups closer to you if you were interested.

Im gonna get my head around looking at the area the course was based in
