Aw thanks so much @Strawberry1. I hope you have a good weekend too. I'll probably sleep most if it as got to stay up 'till c 0100hrs to 'welcome' the astronauts back 🫠😊. Just stuck two hard back books at my back to stop me falling asleep 🤣. Sleep well.

It is hard to believe they could take it so personally, knowing how it would affect your life.
I don't think I have ever admitted this here, but I once worked a 6 month contract with the then Benefits Agency, with the Benefits Investigation Service. I was only involved in sorting through filing cabinets, distributing internal mail ( Was on multiple floors, a big Benefits Agency office block), sitting in the smoking room 😎.
If I think back to how those investigators carried on, I don't have trouble believing what you are saying.
I can't actually believe they let me loose on such sensitive files, and I don't even remember signing any sort of confidentiality papers etc.

🙏
We keep them in work. I've been a UC guinea pig and that's all I am to them.

You are much more than that, I bet your daughter is really proud of you.

Good morning everyone.
hope you all manage to have the best day you can have.
I may venture out later to the local bowling club annual opening day (as a spectator) depending on the weather.
It overlooks the sea and the views are beautiful.
Sending positive vibes and best wishes to everyone.
@Strawberry1 thinking of you.
Take care. 💕

Good morning @WhatThe.
I’m honestly shocked at how long this has been going on for you. It’s not acceptable, and I really hope you’ll consider making another complaint to the DWP. Have you ever thought about involving your MP?
I know this has been ongoing for a long time, and it must be exhausting having to keep explaining everything. I’d really like to help you break this down and hopefully move things forward so you can get the outcome, and peace, you deserve.
You mentioned your claim began in 2013, which would place you in the ‘live-only’ pilot phase. This system wasn’t designed to handle cases involving health conditions, and there was no proper process in place for people in your situation. Would I be right in thinking you were asked to claim as part of that pilot while you were going through an ESA appeal or tribunal?
I don’t want to overwhelm you with questions, as there’s quite a lot I’d need to understand. But if you’d like me to try and help untangle some of the issues the DWP have created, just let me know. We could take this to a different thread if that feels more comfortable for you.

Good morning @luvpink I hope you manage to venture out to your local bowling club annual open day. From what you say it seems to be in a lovely place.
