Has you all probably have gathered I'm not a very strong person. It's always been that way . I've tried to be strong but I've never been successful. I know there is a saying if at first you don't succeed try and try again. Well I did try and I failed. Pathetic I know . Kay Sarra Sarra .0

Spelling is terrible. Sorry.0
-
@Strawberry1 You haven't failed. You tried! That takes amazing strength Can I ask, what did you try to do? Is there anything we can do to help further support you?0
-
Hi @Hannah_Scope , I tried getting help I in the past with things but it just didn't work out . Maybe because lots of people talk down to me . We always believe the rubbish stuff.1
-
I do think I like being part of the community @Hannah_Scope . Just chatting here is ok with me if it's OK with Scope.2

I'm so sorry many people have talked down to you. Have you ever referred yourself? or thought about it? I have found many find comfort in having that control. They can take it at their own pace then.
The NHS has a talking therapies referral portal. When you put your location details in, it lists all the different help available around you. We have had members and I know people in my life, who then looked at those services, and did some further research. Whether that was to see if anyone has talked about their experience of that service on social media. Or talked about their experience with that type of therapy.
I would encourage you to keep it in mind. Have a look and keep some notes. When you feel ready and hopefully have more assurance in the service, you'll feel more in control.
I am so glad you have the community We've had some changes recently. What do you think of our new Games Lounge?0 -
I have had talking therapy before @Hannah_Scope , I found it hard. I always got upset . I'm still awaiting an assessment for autism and adhd. I will get there eventually. No I've not been on the Games room yet . I will check it out . Thanks again for your time and support and kindness ❤️. It's appreciated more than you will ever know 😊. Thanks @Hannah_Scope your a gem 💎.1

There are many available. I didn't get on with a few of them. I hope the assessment wait isn't too much longer and you get some more answers and support!
Make sure you take care of yourself The weather's been awful, so kettle on, feet up!0 -

I'd like to know that you are alright though @Ada . I don't mind chatting as long as I'm not a burden . I know people here are kind . In another part of this community I've put that I feel disabled people are far far nicer than those who aren't disabled. I truly believe that . I hope you have a reasonable night . Thank you so much for your kindness and support and time @Ada it is really appreciated. Your a true gem 💎, a diamond 💎 and a true 🌟. Thanks 😊.0
