Good luck with that @Lou67, my dad has had to have one and potentially a second soon. He's always had trouble with his knees since he was a teen.
@Strawberry1 you have never been a burden. You're always welcome here I'm glad you're back2 -
Hi everyone I hope yous are having a nice day so far.
I got out a walk first one in a few days so it was nice to get out.
Im going to sit with my grandkids about 4ish, to let my daughter and son in law go out for a couple of hours they are going out for a meal.@Jimm_Scope
Thank you, this is my second one I got the first one done in June 22, it definitely helped ease the pain a decent bit. It’s arthritis I have it’s also in both hips and my hands and feet.❤️2 -
Just when I decide I'm going to come back to visit a close family member has told me what an awful person I am .0
-
Maybe it's best I just stay quiet .0
-
Take care everyone ❤️.0

I know it’s horrible for the close family member to have said that to you but try and remember that the person who said that to you is separate to the people here. We are still your friends. Our views are not the same as that person’s views and just because they called you awful does not mean they are right.2

Thank you @Ada and @surfygoose I appreciate your kindness 😊 ❤️.1

Strawberry, in my 40's my mother told me I needed "correction". What a thing to say to an adult

I've learnt quite quickly that just because someone is a family member does not make them a nice person, nor a person who's opinion I should automatically consider.
I hope you're okay @Strawberry1, you are an amazing person. Try to not listen or consider what that person has said, it's clear they have little empathy unlike yourself.1 -
Thanks @Jimm_Scope and @WhatThe , I appreciate your support.2

People who are close too me always make me feel like I'm a rubbish person. I'm getting a bit fed up with it if I'm honest.0
-
Thank you 😊 @Ada . I appreciate your support ❤️0

When I talk to other family members they think I'm making a mountain out of a mole hill but I'm not .0
