Recently in Cardiff has started again and also affects the surrounding areas.
I am a member of Neighbourhood Watch and have been informed of this since the warm weather is starting again.
The link is about cold callers and what to do and who it affects.
Have a read its interesting and gives a heads up to people around you if you are not members of a group looking to help older or venerable people around you.
