Hi
Is anyone else struggling to get through today using phone number 0800 121 4433?
I am trying to tell them I have a new contact number but the call cuts off before I am even placed on hold. Others on Twitter report similar issues.
I sent review paperwork back in November and haven't heard a **** bird since! It is so frustrating.

My award is until June 2023. I sent my review forms back in November 2022, which is 22 weeks ago!
I haven't heard a thing but remembered recently I had to change my number and forgot to tell DWP. Classic brain fog!
Luckily I sent forms recorded delivery and have proof they were signed for, otherwise I'd be in a panic!0 -
Hello @DanaScully. It is frustrating. But you have to be patient. When I sent my form back in February 2022 I had to wait whole year for my assessment 🙈
And during this whole year of waiting I received only two messages from DWP. Unfortunately, that's a long wait now.0
