Some days are better than others, I think I could do with more support, I literally have my partner and two friends that are always there but then because of the Fibro I don't like to make plans and then the anxiety becomes heightened

@chelseawarrior25 Ah no, I understand. Anxiety is a horrid feeling isn't it? Have you spoke with your GP about the impact your fibromyalgia is having on your mental health and if there are any options such as speaking with a counsellor or having CBT that could help? Talking therapy isn't for everyone, but if it's something you'd be interested in I'd recommend exploring it some more.

That's my issue I really struggle telling someone verbally I did speak and they put me in contact with an organisation and they literally said to carry on what I was doing and I'd benefit from counselling it's just feels like it's never ending lol 🤣 have to laugh

@chelseawarrior25 Oh no! I get it though. Speaking about emotions can be really hard, some NHS trusts provide online courses around anxiety and depression. I wonder if that would be a good starting point if your trust provided it? Just to dip your toes into and participate from home in?

What other coping strategies do you use? It sounds like you're doing a good job, although I know that doesn't help on worse days  <3
