Does anybody else have experience with attending in person tribunals because of an overpayment from universal credit? This is severely affecting my sleep, mental health, and anxiety levels.

May i ask what the overpayment is related to? Are you aware that all overpayments are recoverable when claiming UC, even if it's their error?

Hi there @catlover2023 and thanks for reaching out, sorry to hear that this has impacted on your mental health and your sleep. Do you have good support around you, and is this something you've talked about with your GP?
Can I ask if you have a date for the tribunal, and do you think you'd be able to have someone with you to support you with attending in person?0
