Hi my brother is 22 and has autism as well as social and mental health issues. Since he left college at 17 he basically hasn't left the house if he does its on his own for a walk we found out he was walking to a bridge above the motor way so we told him he wasn't allowed up there as he told us at times he is very low and doesn't want to be here.
He has never had a support worker social worker gp's see him and send him for CBT which has never worked I'm very worried about him but our mum is also on the spectrum and doesn't know where to go or how to deal with things like this.
He sees that because he can move his arms and legs he is fine he doesn't eat any food he is on build up shake and water. I'm scared he is sooooo down and has no positive in any of his days I just don't know who or where to go.

Hi @lilzo and well done for reaching out, it's clear you're worried about your brother, and we'd like to help support you with this as much as we can.
We'll be sending you an email with information on additional support, so please keep an eye out for it.
It takes a lot of courage to post asking for help, so well done for doing so. Please feel free to spend time here on the community if it helps. And please ask if we can help with anything further1
