pip renewal letter or text

Got this text today, usually DWP text but this says they are sending a letter, does anyone know if this is usual when they refuse a renewal please? 0

It's hard for us to know the answer I'm afraid @chele67 but do keep us updated with the outcome when you do get the letter, and we can support you whatever the result

My partner had this the other week, and received her renewal letter 6 days later increasing her award from the last review, so the text does not infer anything negative0

It doesn't mean anything other than what the text states. This is a new text they have started to send to some people waiting for review decisions.

If you’re not happy with the decision you can request the Mandatory Reconsideration. I don’t advise you to ring to request it.chele67 said:

i got that text 2 says ago and someone in a pip group on facebook advised me to ring the pip helpline and ask for the decision, so i called them today and they gave me the advice i asked for, was on hold for over an hour to speak tp someone but the call is freejackgul said:Hi chele67 wen did u recive this text was it today by any chance?
