    Hello @chele67

I'm so sorry the outcome wasn't what you wanted. I just wanted to say that Citizen's Advice have some great information pages about the Mandatory Reconsideration process. I hope they help :)
Many thanks for the reply, someone on a pip group advised me to ask a lady at Disability Advice Service, there is a fee for their help, do you know anything about this ? tia  x

You shouldn't need to pay anyone for help with the MR and Tribunal. There are advice agencies that will help you for free. Start here and it will tell you what's local to you. https://advicelocal.uk/welfare-benefits

    Thankyou :)
Hello thankyou for the advice and links, ive tried them the only luck ive had is an appointment with CAB in person which i am physically unable to do :( please can you tell me if there are any advisors on pip MR online? imve only 2 weeks left to get it done many thanks

The only advice available online is through a forum like this. Are you able to write the letter yourself? You just need to tell them where you think you should have scored those points and your reasons why.

Can you not contact them again and explain that you cannot physically attend in person and can it be done either over the phone or online via email?

You have 4 weeks to send or request a Mandatory Reconsideration for your PIP award by letter (do not request a MR by telephone) but you have a further 13 months to do a MR by letter if you can give a good reason for a late MR Request (could be because you were looking for advice, mental health problems or your disability) If they refuse your MR because it is late then you can go straight to tribunal appeal but you need to do the MR Letter first before you start an appeal.
You said your award was reduced at review stage. The DWP needs to give good detailed and credible reasons why they reduce your award and why they think your condition has improved for you to merit a reduced award. I explained this on this link I posted in a previous reply to you. Here is the link incase you missed it. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/comment/696285#Comment_696285
All of the links on the reply do work. Just tried and tested all of the links.
I wrote a lengthy reply on another forum post that you might find usefull for your MR letter also and it can be found here https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/comment/680205/#Comment_680205
    I hope that helps

I cannot tell you what to write because it is your claim and I do not know what you wrote in your review form or how detailed your written verbal evidence was on your review form. All I can do is to offer advice for your to read and for you to make a descision on if it is worth including on your mandatory reconsideration or not.
I have just been reading from your previous posts that you had advice from the CAB to just put "no change" on the review form. Like Poppy said in her reply that is the worst advice anyone can give when doing a review for PIP.
Now is the time to fix that problem by doing a detailed Mandatory Reconsideration letter using the advice from the link I posted and it can be found here https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/comment/680205/#Comment_680205
I have also read that you have multiple sclerosis. Have you thought about contacting any MS Charaties for advice or help? I have also advised you that you have 13 months to request a MR by letter so you can take your time and seek further help and write a detailed accurate letter to support your Mandatory Reconsideration request.
If you just put "No Change" on your review form then there is not much you can use to challenge there reasons for reducing your award because you did not explain in detail how your condition affects your ability to complete the 12 PIP activities that are applicable to you Reliably according to the descriptors and the problems you are facing now.
My focus would be writting a very detailed MR Letter containing your own personal written anacdotal evidence.
There are MS Charities online that could give assistance like for example the MS Society https://www.mssociety.org.uk/care-and-support/financial-help/brief-guide-to-benefits/personal-independence-payment
Hope this has been of some help.
