    I was under the impression that LCWRA does not have to have medical evidence,  like PIP, am I wrong in this thinking? I am sure I read about PIP that you can send medical reports but you don't have too.

    No, you don't need medical evidence for either of those. I've been claiming PIP and in the Support Group for 10 years and have very little medical evidence to send for each review.

    I've had a text message saying I will be sanctioned if I don't attend an appointment to discuss new commitments. I've only just been paid my first LCWRA. [comment removed by moderator - violent speech]

    I was reassessed for esa last year.

    I did send medical evidence and the assessor questioned me about it and asked me if I had been medically diagnosed and I told her yes, she had just referred to my medical evidence.
