Share your views on subtitles, BSL and audio description on TV and video-on-demand services
Hello Everyone,
We are the Research Institute for Disabled Consumers (RiDC) and we are carrying out
research with the communications regulator, Ofcom.
The research aims to explore and understand your experiences when watching programmes or films with access services. For example, subtitles, audio description and BSL interpretation on broadcast TV channels and video-on-demand services.
Taking part would involve a one-to-one interview with a RiDC researcher, after which you would be paid £75 for participating. If this is something you would be interested in taking part in, please complete our survey by clicking on the link below:

We would especially like to hear from you if you use BSL, are Deaf/Blind or are neurodivergent. You are welcome to get involved even if you’re not already a member of our consumer panel.
Click here to watch a BSL video explaining the project, and how to get involved.
Do get involved and share your views.
Thank you for reading!
