Hello forst like say Hello , i like ask im be getting LWRCA i have a gap on sick not , im be get money ..? 

Story like this Couch was trit me do Bad on Job Center , more she was telling dont bring any sick note And u No need go Doctor bc she dont think I’m I’ll

Welcome to the community!  

I'm unsure why your work coach was telling you not to bring a sick note, unless you have already been awarded LWRCA? If they are treating you badly you can ask for another work coach.

I don't quite understand exactly what is you're asking here. Are you saying you were found to have LCWRA after a work capability assessment and they are saying because there was gaps in your fit notes that they won't pay you any money that maybe owed?

Hello Dear Poppy , Yes the say i will not get payment Back bc i have a gap but i was near 1 Year on sick note

one one month, yesterday Gp give me back one was from 17,04-12,5 and from 12.05 till August Bcz this month I’m be having operations x

Was middle of sick not but UC say I’m not able get any money back

What was the date of your very first fit note? If there's a 1 month gap tell them why there was a gap and ask if you can give a fit note now to cover that gap.

Ohhh Dear Poppy I got sick not so need explain just why ..? Hade problem with couch was say I’m lier , my health it’s ok just I hade fantasy and I’m useless and she say on Job Center forget go Gp and give another sick note . And later someone hear how she was talking to me , she make me cry

@betti48 I'm so sorry she made you cry. Have you thought about requesting a different work coach?
