Hi @rocenante
welcome, I guess in some ways we can learn to manage things when we know what our diagnosis is. Hope it helps you to know. Realise it could also be a bit daunting to know.
Im glad you found the forum
best wishes to you1 -
Hello and welcome @rocenante and thank you for joining and introducing yourself. I can imagine a double diagnosis was a bit of a shock, but remember there's no 'right' way to feel about this. Have you got ongoing support from your GP?

Thanks for the welcome folks ...to be honest I hadn't even heard of lumber spinal stenosis before so just trying to get head round to it...my consultant said quite a few people will be in contact with me regarding the stenosis and MS.i just haven't a clue what happens next or what I should be looking for0

I'm glad you'll have specialists in touch soon @rocenante
If you'd like, you can have a look at our Chronic Pain and Pain Management or Physical and Neurological Impairments categories, you should find some members with similar experiences here on the forum.
It's also good to bear in mind that coming to terms with any new diagnosis and managing that, might also have a knock on effect for your mental health, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you're ever struggling or would like a chat0
