I receive LCWRA on a joint UC claim with my partner, If I finally get the courage to leave, will my LCWRA carry over to my new UC claim?

Yes it will. You will need to report a change of circumstances and tell them. Your claim will then revert to a single claim. Just incase something does happen to your claim i'd advise you to take a copy of the work capability assessment decision letter and then at least you'll have this to show them.

Just wanted to second Poppy's answer!
Even if your claim was closed before you could report the change as long as you reapply within 6 months you should keep your LCWRA status0 -
Also @AnxietySlave I hope you're safe and have access to support0

Thanks for your help and support, I will be ok, it's not a violent relationship but coercive controlling with a narcissist. I'm a male btw who has had no way to escape before but things are falling into place.0

@AnxietySlave I'm glad things are falling into place for you and hope you can get into a better situation soon0
