It's further complicated by the fact that Med 3 evidence is now only used to inform the assessors report following a WCA.

It's why any old pharmacist you've never met can now write you a 'fit note'.

Then all you can do is wait for the MR decision.
A Med 3 is otherwise known as a fit note. (statement of fitness to work)

V I don't know what happens under this transformed health programme and digital nightmare.

What I understand is that a low-grade decision maker is now managing your claim and won't have all the relevant facts. Ask them whether you now have a new claim start date and what that is.

Welfare Reform and Work Act 2016 radically changed Med 3 evidence.

Evening Whatnot, here is a screenshot of what they said.
Don't know what really to reply, considering that they messed around for so long.
Was thinking of involving local MP ,who helped me before.Or at least tell them that I may consider help from my MP to fast track my reconsideration.
Or it will sound childish, don't really know.

I don't know how to edit an earlier post but it should read -

2016 Welfare Reform and Work Act amended the provisions for medical evidence. The new measures were introduced in 2017
