Hello,

I hope everyone is well.
I have just registered with this site, there are such wonder tips and advice.

I just sent off for my pip form today and feel exhausted!

Now I have to wait for the assessment (if they accept my form).

Anyways, just wanted to say hello. I am very shy but thought I would give it a go!

Take care,

Sunshine

Hello @sunshine23 and a warm welcome to the community.

I'm really pleased you've found us and it's great to hear you've found the tips and advice useful.

Completing or sending off your PIP form can be exhausting, did you have any help completing it? At least it's done with now and you can try and relax, unwind and take some time for yourself.

I know it can be difficult to get involved when you're shy but I'm glad you've taken the plunge and signed up. The coffee lounge is a great place to start as it's where we talk about lighter topics and anything that interests us, as well as playing some word-based games. You've very welcome to dive right and in and get involved - everyone here is friendly.

If you ever need someone to talk to or if you want to share your feelings about the PIP process or ask questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. :)

Take care, and I look forward to seeing you around the forum.

    Hello Adrian,

Thank you so much for your warm welcome!

Unfortunately, I was not able to get anyone to help me so this website was invaluable!

Thank you for your support and I will definitely check out the coffee lounge.

I will probably have some questions about PIP as it is very confusing! I will do those in the next few days.

Could you tell me how I tag someone on here. Sorry, I am not very tech savvy!

    Thank you again,

    Sunshine

Hi @sunshine23 a welcome from me too nice to see you playing the games in the coffee lounge to tag someone you put an @ infront of some ones name, like I did with yours above.

Welcome from me too @sunshine23 - no worries, your PIP claim form will be accepted. You are most welcome to come back with any questions about PIP. How are you keeping yourself? :)

Thank you @chiarieds and for your reassurance about my form. I am exhausted after doing that form so trying to take it easy for a few days then will begin thinking about the assessment etc. I have a feeling I may not reach the required points so will read about the MR just in case.

You're doing the right thing @sunshine23 in taking a few days off following completing your claim form, & hope you're able to relax again. After that, I'd take one stage at a time, & think about your assessment when you hear when it will be; don't worry about a MR, as it might not be needed. :)
