I don’t know if anyone else is having any issues. Since the weekend I’ve been having problems sometimes when coming back online to the forum, more than several times multiple times a day.

I either have a bad gateway or a DNS error. I can send a couple of screenshots to a member of the team if needed. I’d rather not post it here because it shows my IP address.

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

I've also had this problem, so today I copied the message I receive:

    Origin DNS error

You've requested a page on a website (forum.scope.org.uk) that is on the Cloudflare network. Cloudflare is currently unable to resolve your requested domain (forum.scope.org.uk).

I've just had this message (IP address removed):

    Connection timed out

The initial connection between Cloudflare's network and the origin web server timed out. As a result, the web page can not be displayed.

        Ray ID: 7eccdcf4bac02204
        Your IP address:
        Error reference number: 522
        Cloudflare Location: Manchester

    What happened?

The initial connection between Cloudflare's network and Vanilla timed out. As a result, the web page can not be displayed.
What can I do to resolve this?

Please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, you can contact the site owner to let them know you were unable to reach the website.

As above, I'm only having this problem trying to access the online community

Thanks all. I'm afraid this is a very widely reported (and experienced) issue at the moment and something that's being investigated.

We'll let you know when we have more information.
