Remaining politically neutral during General Election 2024

Under guidance from the Electoral Commission and Charity Commission, it's important that Scope remains politically neutral during General Elections.

While we understand that this period will see many passionate discussions and do not want to discourage open discussion, we cannot allow discussions which are purely intended to influence voting.

Hi Richard thanks for reaching out.

Coping mechanisms are different for everyone, I would say that the best way I cope is to find something I enjoy doing, to try and have that escape and that time where I'm not thinking about the struggles that I might be facing, or the pain which I'm in.

I don't want to pry, but I hope that you have a good support network? - this forum is a fantastic place to help with that and surround yourself with like minded individuals who share common interests and are able to support one another.

Please reach out if you need too.

    Best wishes.
