beginning of April i put in a claim for PIP
beginning of July i had a phone assessment
11th July i received a text message from DfCBenefits to say they'd received the assessment report
today (31st July) i finally psyched myself up to call them and ask for a copy of the report to be sent to me
only to find out that my PIP claim is not listed on their system
i got transferred to new claims, and then promptly hung up on
i genuinely don't know what to do now
please help?

I would ring bank again tomorrow and speak to someone else because the person you spoke to may have given incorrect information. It won't be the first time this has happened.

the simplest of reasons - the number i called was for mainland England and not Northern Ireland
my housemate (three cheers for him) sorted it out today and i'm getting a copy of the report0 -
Ah yes, that would be the reason. For N. Ireland it's DFC you need to ring and not DWP.
