What is the ruling on the work and health programme can you join from pip or do you have to phone pip. I have tourettes and minnimal cereberal dysfunction and are taking rent from my mothers house. my sister has power over attorney over me so I can't get universal credit

The work and health programme has nothing to do with PIP. You don't need to be claiming any out of work benefits to join this. What made you think that it would?Is it just PIP you're currently claiming? Do you have savings/capital of more than £16,000? If so then you're excluded from claiming all means tested benefits.
