Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help and explain if I've got anything wrong, I sent in my first Fit note in my journal on 25/04/23 and I was given a letter explaining that I'm now on LCWRA on 1/08/23, I was sent my statement today regarding my payment however my LCWRA wasn't included and I'm wondering if anyone could help explain when I might get my first payment as it's now been past the 3 months wait period so I thought id receive my first payment from it this month.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Can you please confirm what dates your assessment periods cover, or what date you usually receive your money each month?

I sent my assessment letter on 05/06/23 and then had my Call assessment on 05/07/23 and was given the confirmation letter explaining that I was now on LCWRA on 01/08/23, my payment date is the 20th of each month.

Thanks. With payment date being 20th of each month this means your assessment periods (AP) are 14th to 13th of every month. You provided your first fit note in AP 14th April to 13th May, which doesn't count because you sent it in the middle of that AP. It has to be 3 full assessment periods, the LCWRA then starts from the 4th month, with payment at the end of that month. Therefore your waiting period will be May/June, June/July, July/August.. LCWRA starts from AP 14th August to 13th September and first payment will be 20th September. No LCWRA element is owed.If you didn't previously have the work allowance and you/or a partner were receiving earnings since you provided your first fit note then you'll be owed some money for that. If no earnings were received then no money is owed.1

Sorry about this ive just one more question as for the payment for LCWRA, I read on the UC website that the standard payment for LCWRA is £390.06 a month, I'm currently just on the standard allowance of £292.11, does that mean ill get both payments monthly starting Sep or will I just be getting the LCWRA payment ?
