I'm still waiting
Let's how this week brings some good news in x3 -
Well my normal pip rate money has gone in today. Nothing changed yet. Really got everything crossed for this week but I reckon it will still be at least a couple of weeks x0

It can take up to about 12 weeks for a decision once the report was returned.

The 12 weeks i advised is from when the assessment report was returned to DWP. There are no timescales from when you applied.

There's no timescales at this stage. Not everyone receives a text if there's an award. They don't send texts with refusals. If it's a review they don't send award texts at all.

Yes, the call centre staff have been known to give misleading advice.

While I cannot say for this specific agency, I have worked in many call centre companies in the past that are contracted out. Many call centres aren't actually owned by the company they're working for. Only 1 call centre I worked for in my life was run by the company itself.
Many of the contracted call centres will often make profits cutting where they can, trying to cut training time etc. and more. Stricter performance indicators to end calls quicker etc.
Again, not saying it's true in this instance. This is just a general call centre industry issue.0
