    @Hannah_Scope no having a fibro flare so just a sofa day for me 🤦🏻‍♀️ Plenty of
    time to panic lol

    I also have fibro @lillipeth - sometimes sofa days are just necessary, aren't they?! Even if they do give you more time to think  :( Hope your flare-up calms down and gives you a break soon. In the meantime, is there anything that might help?  :)
