AET changes Autumn 2023

in Start here and say hello!
The government announced a proposed change of the AET scheduled for Autumn 2023.
Does anyone know if this already come into effect?
I am referring to changing the minimum AET from 15 to 18 hours for individuals and for scrapping the couple AET at all.

    I cannot see anything on the GOV website as of yet. Is this for Universal Credit?

    yes I am referring to the minimum income required on Universal Credit
