Hi, today you sent me a message on my mobile saying you still haven't received my PIP form. I sent 3, in July I have a receipt from the post office.

I would advise you to ring PIP to tell them that you returned the form and what date you did this.

Hello @zedat - & welcome to the community. You could ring the PIP enquiry line on 0800 121 4433 saying that you sent your PIP form back in July, & you have a receipt from your Post Office. The DWP may find that they have received your PIP form, but, if not, did you keep a copy of it that you could resend? If you haven't kept the DWP address, ask for this when you ring. It is best to ring when they open at 9am or there can be a very long wait to get through.
