Hi @costinel, welcome to our community
How are you doing today? Sorry to hear you've not got your letter, was it send by a friend? You mention "he" so I figure it might be a person not an organisation?
Was it send recorded or tracked? It is fairly rare for letters to get lost (compared to the number that they process), but it does happen. You could try contacting Royal Mail to see if they have any information but unless it was tracked it will likely be hard to find. Do you also know how long ago it was posted and which postage it used? 2nd class can take a bit of time sometimes.0 -
and where I have to call to send it back to me is from universal credit

The letter is from UC? You will want to contact UC directly then, that will be much faster and far more successful than trying to contact Royal Mail as it's highly unlikely UC paid for tracking. You can probably use your journal or whatever contact number you have for your local office.0
